Realizing Real Results with Lean Manufacturing Through a Culture of Continuous Improvement

Amidst all the disruption in business today, manufacturers are trying to decrease complexity while increasing their competitive advantage. But how do they do this? It starts with improving people, processes, and management systems through a lean culture of continuous improvement.

A lean culture of continuous improvement is proven to yield meaningful, holistic business results by generating more value and eliminating waste – without investing in more capital expenditures. These results include revenue growth, lower operating costs, improved margins, and reduced resource requirements.

Join Derek Browning as he shares:

  • Basic lean problem solving and leadership principles that are simple to implement and sustain
  • Strategies to successfully engage and empower teams to identify business improvements
  • The progression and maturing process of building a lean culture of continuous improvement
  • How to immediately identify both quick wins and long-term improvement opportunities
  • The story of how a large plastic container and closure manufacturer identified $34M (20%) in additional revenue capacity without any additional capital investment. Aiming to maximize productivity levels, this company implemented both quick-wins and a sustainable road map focused on people, processes, and management systems.
